about

Blueprint For The Inevitable was the third release for Leeds band Joe Ninety, following on from their debut album and their first 7".

Musically and lyrically intelligent, this release showed the band moving in a direction that took influences as much from Leatherface or Snuff as it did from the likes of Quicksand as the band opted for a crunchier guitar sound on tracks like "Postcards From The Breach" and "Small Surrenders". Includes the band's only acoustic song and a cover of Dugong's "Last Time I Was This Happy I Was Killing Someone".

Tours with Four Letter Word, Blocko, The Leif Ericsson and Fig. 4.0 followed.

Alas the band would soon call it a day... Resulting the formation of two new bands: Rob and Steve formed The sWord with Matty Dugong and Andrew and Lee formed The Dauntless Elite with Joe and Steve from Fig. 4.0.
